1:1S

Do you have specific goals you want to achieve? Do you want to work on your goals on a 1:1 basis? Or, do you want to gain confidence before going to classes or gym sessions?

1:1s are great if you want to build confidence, want more guidance than in group fitness class or have specific goals that you want help achieving.  With a dedicated personal trainer and your goals in mind, 1:1 sessions are a great way to stay motivated! 

​

1:1s can be carried out wherever is best or you - either at home or Reflexions Gym in Watermead. (Please contact me for prices, as these will vary)
