GROUP CLASSES @GETACTIVEWITHAMANDA

You don't need any dance experience for any of the fitness classes! All classes are suitable for all fitness levels and non jumping options are provided. Group classes are a great way to meet some like minded women and have a fab workout!

BarreBeats is a low impact full body ballet-barre and pilates styled workout. This means no jumping! Build a lean, toned dancers physique as you lengthen, strengthen and define your entire body. 

0.5kg - 1kg hand weights are optional (or grab some tin cans from your cupboard).

Clubbercise is a fun, full-body workout set to club anthems from 90’s classics to the latest hits. Easy-to-follow routines combine dance, toning and combat moves. Glow sticks are provided for a proper party experience!
